Hired Hand AI ("we") answers missed phone calls for home-service businesses and texts the business owner the details. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

From business owners who sign up: business name, owner name, owner mobile number, business hours, and billing details.

From people who call our customers: the caller's phone number, a recording and transcript of the call, and whatever the caller tells us about the job (name, address, problem, urgency).

How we use it

We use this information only to answer calls for our customers, send the business owner the lead, bill our customers, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

We text business owners who opted in on our sign-up form about new leads for their business. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share with

We use service providers to run the phone line, voice answering, text delivery, hosting, and payments (for example Twilio, ElevenLabs, Cloudflare, and Stripe). They process data only to provide those services to us. We share information with the business whose line was called, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Call recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Lead details are kept while the business is a customer, and deleted within 30 days after they cancel.
